Wholesale Terms and Information

Only Retail shops please. Just send me a photo of your store front and a valid copy of your Tax ID# or Retail Sales Certificate. Wholesale access will be denied if you have not submitted this copy to us. You can submit your copy of your Tax ID# or Retail Sales Certificate to any of the following:

For all existing customers, please have your account number or username ready when ordering, and include your customer account number or username on your check when remitting payment.
I do not offer free samples of my work. If you would like a sample prior to placing your wholesale order, please make your purchase through our retail portion of our site.

Minimum Order Policy - All Opening Orders will have a $150.00 minimum and all reorders will have a $100.00 minimum. You must meet the minimum amounts before shipping costs are added. Orders under the required minimum amounts will not be accepted.
All Orders must be in quantities or multiples as stated.
Pricing - All prices are wholesale and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Policy - Current methods of payment are:
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal & Company Check.
Please allow 5-10 days for checks to clear the bank. Checks must clear our bank before your order will be shipped. There is a $30 service charge on all returned checks or Stop Payment Checks. Your account will be set to CREDIT CARD ONLY, no exceptions.

| Shipping & Delivery - All wholesale orders will ship approximately 15-20 business days via Priority Mail or UPS and are paid by the customer. During our busy times, especially during the holidays, please allow some additional time. We will notify you of any changes in shipping times if they extend past the normal 15-20 business days.

Insurance - Although Insurance is not necessary, I HIGHLY recommend you purchase it to protect your package. Once it leaves my hands, I cannot be responsible for the handling of your packages once placed in the hands of the postal service. We will NOT be held responsible for products lost or damaged in the shipping process.
Back Orders - We make every effort to ship orders complete. Occasionally we may have to back order an item. You will only be charged for that item when it is shipped to you. We will ship your back ordered item as soon as it is available.
Returns - No returns will be accepted on any wholesale orders.
Damages - If the product you purchased was damaged during shipping, please keep the original carton and packing for inspection by the appropriate Carrier. You must notify Mady Sunshine Stitcheries & Such via email immediately at dwelcker@msn.com. A store credit will be applied to your account or a replacement will be issued.
Wholesale Agreement - By submitting your wholesale order, you, the purchaser, automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
