| Because many of the items are made to order, please allow 21-28 business days for me to create your product and prepare them for shipping. It is my goal here at Mady Sunshine Stitcheries & Such to provide you with excellent service for both the quality of the product as well as the shipment of your product(s).

| Payment Policy - Current methods of payment are:
Money Order, Cash & PayPal.
If you want to pay by check, you can. However, your check will have to clear the bank before I will send the item(s) to you. There will be a $30.00 charge for all checks that will not clear the bank.

| Returns - If the product you purchased was damaged during shipping, please return it to me and a replacement or store credit, less shipping costs, will be given. Please note that only store credit will be issued on any return. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed. Personalized and custom made orders are not returnable. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

| Shipping Information - For all of the larger pictures I will email you with shipping information. It is hard on those to calculate what shipping will be so it is easier if I handle them on a case by case basis. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS in 14-21 business days. Although Insurance is not necessary, if selecting USPS for shipping, I HIGHLY recommend you purchase it to protect your package. Once it leaves our hands, we can not be responsible for the handling of your packages once placed in the hands of the postal service.
